CIBIL report showing a wrong loan application on my name

I applied for a home loan with ICICI Bank. But during CIBIL verification process, they found an application of home loan for 38 lakhs by me marked at the beginning of the year. However, I never applied any loan for this amount. I applied earlier with HDFC Ltd. but that was for Rs. 50 lakhs. ICICI can not identify name of the bank that raised the fraud application. Please suggest me a way through which I can enquire about this fraud.

Apply for your credit score with CIBIL and ask for a detailed report. Then only something can be done.
