Can I convert old Jeevan Anand policies with new policies

I have two Jeevan Anand Policies of LIC. New policies are more customer friendly with better surrendering norms and death benefit. Is it possible that I can get my old policies converted to new policies?

At the first instance, LIC does not entertain such kind of conversion requests. However, if you have purchased this policy during the transition time, i.e. between February 2013 to December 2014, then you still have the chance of negotiating with LIC and convert to new policy. But still I won’t recommend you to do so.
