Chances of getting good job after 5 years gap and MBA regular degree

I have 5 years gap in my graduation and MBA (regular). I have one year experience in telecalling. How can I fill this gap in my CV? What are my chances of getting a job?

Be fair and genuine. Companies hate to appoint people with manipulated CVs. Gap in your degrees can be answered in interviews by specifying personal reasons (due to disinterest in job or something like this). You can definitely get a good job but I will advice you to search and apply on the basis of MBA as fresher and not on the basis of telecalling experience.
