Frustrated due to non receipt of HDFC click2protect policy document

Few days back, I purchased HDFC click2protect policy. It’s been more than month since I haven’t received the policy document. I contacted HDFC but they said that policy document has been dispatched to me 20 days before and I need to give them a written declaration for non receipt of same. Next day, their executive send me back and said that written declaration is not required. I am fed up and want to come out of the policy. Please guide

Why don’t you demand proof of delivery? Once they fail in showing it, ask them to cancel the policy.
