Health insurance policy rejected by Religare due to permanent disability

I applied for a health insurance policy for my uncle who has permanent disability and his disability does not hamper him to perform routine operations. His disability was clearly mentioned in the form. Yet, Religare has rejected his application. I had a discussion with a renowned doctor. As per him, permanent disability in his case should not serve as rejection ground. What will you suggest me to do?

Contact Religare again with the medical reports and a letter from doctor (if possible). Otherwise take the policy from any other insurer like Star Health, Apollo Munich or Max Bupa, Bajaj, etc.
