How I can get a certificate of investment under RGESS

A month back, I opened a demat account with HDFC bank under RGESS. Till date I have invested Rs. 55,000 through it. I need a certificate for these investments made under RGESS. In last 15 days, I have visited the branch twice and have mailed them also. But the branch has not given me any satisfactory response. Can you please guide me on how I can get this certificate?

You don’t have to run after ICICI folks for the investment certificate. Contract notes that you are holding for your investments are treated as valid proofs for your investments for RGESS.
