How I can get bond number using its acknowledgment number

Is it possible to get bond number if I have only its acknowledgment number? Actually, I invested in IDFC infrastructure bond for which I have only the acknowledgment number. I guess that there is a lock-in period of 5 years and it has only been 4 years to me since I have invested in it. Can I surrender it now? If yes, then what is the procedure for it?

It is not possible for me to give any valuable inputs on this. I can only suggest you to contact RTA of bonds. I guess they can help you on this.
