How much benefit I can avail on home loan interest

I have purchased a flat on loan from PNB. I will get possession in this financial year. Till then I am staying in rented accommodation and enjoying the benefit of HRA. I am paying pre-EMI. After moving to my flat I will start paying full EMI and I will be entitled to take benefit on interest. I want to know since I will be paying full EMIs for certain months in this financial year, will I be entitled to claim entire Rs. 1, 50,000 or not.

Ignoring the months of occupancy, for a self-occupied property, you can claim full amount.
