In 2009, I borrowed Rs. 3, 00,000 as education loan from Bank of Baroda. I started repaying from 2013 with Rs. 13,800 EMI. As my financial condition is little stressed these days, I requested the bank to reduce my EMIs for a year. But they refused to do so. My total earnings in a month are Rs. 12,000 only. Please give me a solution to reduce my EMIs.
The best alternative is to liquidate some of your liquid assets like gold, silver, fixed deposits, shares, etc. and use that money in repaying your education loan. This will reduce your EMIs.
