How to handle forgery by agent on my insurance documents

I took policy from HDFC for 5 years with Rs. 1, 00,000 annual premium. Agent told me that I will get 7.40 lakhs. Policy document states it Rs. 3.66 lakhs. They forged my signature on the illustration page. I am sure I haven’t signed it. I can never sign for output which is less than my inputs. I have escalated the issue to the manager but of no use. I have a video of the agent explaining things to me. Tell me what to do.

Ask them that you are lodging a complaint and if nothing happens then file it.
