Very soon I will be appearing in an interview with housing finance company for processing home loans. How should I prepare myself?

In order to successfully work at this profile, you will be required to have this basic knowledge of mortgages, documents required while applying for loan, etc. Your tasks will involve calling and discussing their home loan requirements, telling them the process of applying, rate of interest, processing charges and other details, collecting necessary documents from customers, processing and submitting the file to bank, conducting field enquiry, etc. You have to prepare for questions related to abovementioned tasks.
