Is PPF account facility available with Canara Bank

I am looking for opening a PPF account. Since Canara Bank is the nearest bank from my place, I wish to open my account with them. Is the facility available with the bank or not?

Canara Bank is a public sector bank and by virtue of being a public sector bank, it provides the PPF account facility. As PPF account service is not provided by all branches, you need to check with the branch near to your place, whether the service is available there or not.
