Is it wise to switch from one fund to another

Two years before, I started investing Rs. 3,000 in L&T Equity Fund via SIP. But within few months I started feeling that it is not performing as per the level of my expectations. So I decided to withdrew my funds from it and divert the amount to HDFC Top 200. But at that time I could convert my plan into action due to lock-in period. Now, one year has elapsed and I am out of this phase. Do you think that switching will be right decision?

There is nothing worse than being unsatisfied. Switch as and when you feel like.
