Knowledge of Finance for Non finance professional

I am science graduate and my company has asked me to lead a project wherein I have to look for finance aspect as well. I do not have financial knowledge. What will you suggest me to do?

In order to deal with finance aspect of a project, you need to possess strong knowledge of various concepts, methods and their utility in your project. I will recommend you to go for two days or three days training on ?finance for non-financial managers’. This will probably help you in understanding and catch holding things. In addition, cautiously get supported by your team.
