I have applied for home loan with HDFC Ltd. Unfortunately, they have rejected my loan application on the plea that my property documents were laminated. If I de-laminate them then it will spoil my papers. Please guide me what should I do now.
Laminated papers are difficult to test for their genuineness that is the reason why banks and other NBFCs show reluctance to accept them. Either get your papers delaminated from an expert or strive to arrange papers from government records. Else discuss the matter with HDFC and try to explore other possibilities with them.
