List of charges to be paid on transferring home loan

I wish to transfer my home loan from HDFC to some other bank. I have heard that the new bank will have to offer 1% less on such transfer and I will have to pay certain charges for it. As per my research I will have to pay processing charges, legal fees, valuation fees, home loan insurance charges, stamp duty for mortgage. Am I missing anything or the list is ok?

Your list of charges seems to be perfectly okay to me. However, I will suggest you to take property insurance rather than opting for home loan insurance.
