Mediclaim policy from Star Health/ MaxBupa/ IFFCO Tokio/ Apollo Munich

My father has turned 60. He has no medical history and no pre-existing diseases. He is interested in getting himself covered under mediclaim. He has suggested me insurance companies for this, viz. Star Health, MaxBupa, IFFCO Tokio and Apollo Munich. I am not sure on the performance of any of these companies. Kindly suggest a company with good market reputation and claim settlement ratio.

Just check out the website of IRDA, you will be able to trace the claim settlement ratio for various companies. I will suggest you to pick any from the list but provide all relevant information honestly.
