Need a health insurance policy for diversified needs

I am looking for a health insurance that can cover for my diversified needs like spectacle expenses or lens expenses, dental care, etc. Is there any such plan available in the market for an individual? I like to convert the plan into floater policy in future.

There are many policies in the market that allow to convert from individual to floater and vice-versa. I have heard that there are few policies that cover dental expenses other than cosmetic up gradation. I don’t know any such policy that covers for specs or lens expenses.
