Need your guideline for decision to invest in chit fund

I am in last semester of post graduation and I am interested in doing business after completion of the course. My friend suggested me to join chit fund. He said that it is a very good investment tool and one can reap good profits from it. What are your comments on this?

I wish you would have googled a bit and have checked at least the meaning and working of chit fund before raising this query. Anyways dear, it is still not late. Collect information. I must tell you that chit fund is not an investment tool.
