Should I continue paying premiums on my health insurance policy

I have family floater health insurance policy from Star Health. I am consistently paying premiums for last 3 years. Now the problem is that I am in abroad with my family and will stay here for another 3 years. I am confused as to whether I should continue to pay premiums towards this policy or I should opt for it to be lapsed and take a new policy once I move back here. Please advice me on this

In my opinion, an old policy is always better than new policy in terms of coverage and other things. Continue paying premiums.
