Should I continue with ICICI Pru Guaranteed Savings Investment Plan

In 2010, upon recommendation of my friend, I took ICICI Pru Guaranteed Savings Investment Plan. Later I came to know that he was an agent for ICICI. He told me that I will get 13.5% compounding profit annually. He also talked about several other benefits of the policy. But in my view, the policy is not performing at that level. Should I continue or surrender?

Please look at your comfort and satisfaction level. If you feel disgusted and frustrated with the policy then surrender it. If you can bear with it then let it continue.
