Should I surrender LIC endowment policy or continue with it

I purchased an endowment policy of LIC with a yearly premium of Rs. 64,800 equally divided in two half yearly installments. Till now, I have paid only one premium. Now, lot many people are telling me that return from this policy is not good and I should surrender this policy. I have read it reviews as well. Should I really surrender this policy?

If you surrender this policy now, then you will not get even a single penny. But still I will suggest you to accept your loss of one premium, surrender this policy and invest the amount somewhere else.
