Unable to understand notice of intimation for SBI home loan

I am in process of acquiring property in Maharashtra and have applied for home loan with SBI. My loan is sanctioned. I am asked to submit notice of intimation in relation to mortgage. According to it, I need to pay online through http://www.mahakosh.gov.in and submit notice within 30 days of sanctioning of loan. I seek your help in understanding all this.

After online payment and keying in of data, your property will be registered in government records for that they will issue a receipt. This receipt will be a proof of mortgage registration that has to be submitted to SBI.
