What is the meaning of drawing power in SBI loan

I have borrowed home loan from SBI. Today, I have seen my loan account statement through net banking. Limit was Rs. 39, 00,000; drawing power was Rs. 37, 57,631 and outstanding amount was Rs. 33, 03,427. I couldn’t understand the meaning of drawing power here. Is it the loan amount that I need to repay?

If your loan type is SBI max gain home loan, then drawing power is the actual amount that has to be repaid by you.

my sbi home loan(limit)30,00,000-thirty lakh and drawing power is 30,81,830/- i d’t understand how draing power morethan my limit or actual home loan amount?
