What to do to claim refund already notified to me

For assessment year 2013-14, I received a notification from IT department that an amount of Rs. 12,516 is calculated to be refunded to me dated 22/12/2013. Since the day I am waiting for my refundable amount. No further communication has been made to me. Please guide me on how to get this amount and where to approach.
