    Generally LIC try its level best to keep its customers satisfied but sometimes unfortunately some customers may face some problem and are feeling unhappy about LIC’s service. Then in that case they should correspond to LIC. Again the best place to notify about the grievances is LIC branch office which services the policy. Policy holder should write or call the LIC branch office. Policy holder can visit, where he/she gets the facility to register his/her complaints. The complaint filed on internet reaches the branch office instantly.
