    For last 3 years I am carrying a demat account with HDFC Bank. But due to certain reasons I am interested in changing it. I will do short and long both type of investments. Which demat service provider will you recommend to go for?

    Check for the frontline demat providers in your city and then from the list based on your relationships with the banks, you may choose ICICI-Direct, SBI Cap., Sharekhan, Indiabulls, Axis, Kotak Securities, Indiainfoline, etc.
