Will I get premium money back on unutilized health insurance

I want to take a health insurance for me and my family from Aegon Religare. Let us say that I have taken the policy and have paid regular premiums on it. All my family members including me survived the tenure and not claimed even a single penny against the policy. Am I entitled to get the premium money back that I have paid for the policy?

It will be like purchasing an umbrella in anticipation of rain and asking the vendor to return if after a year since there was no rain and you have not taken benefit of it.
