Will I get second mortgage loan or a personal loan

I am interested in purchasing a property for which I need to take a home loan. My company has a provision of giving home loan to its employees. But the amount will fall short to me. Is it possible that I can borrow the remaining amount from SBI as home loan or do I need to apply for personal loan?

Check with your employer if he already has tie-up with any bank and whether or not he allows for 2nd mortgage loans. As per my knowledge, HDFC is the only lending bank having a provision of second mortgage.
