    I have heard many people saying that LIC creates problems in claim settlement and deceives its customers. Is it correct? Will it be wise to take a policy from LIC?

    It is not always like that. LIC holds a good track record of claim settlement. If you disclose all the material and relevant information correctly, then you should not face any problem in settling your claim. If you have asked it from the perspective of investment products of LIC, then one should not go for these products because returns from these products are not encouraging.
