Gold etf vs physical gold – which is better

Gold prices are lower now – a – days so I am planning to buy gold for little longer term say 5-7 years scenario. It is actually to be used for ornaments for my sister’s marriage. So should I buy gold bar which can be moulded into jewelry or should I buy Gold etf.
Please note that I cannot buy jewelry as designs may change at that time.
