As per the provision and terms of the notification numbers 33/2007-ST which is dated 23rd May, 2007 and 34/2007-ST which is dated 23rd May, 2007, any taxable service provided to Diplomatic Missions for the official use of such Mission as well as the for personal use or even for the use by the members of the family of the diplomatic agents or the career consular officers posted in a foreign diplomatic mission or a consular post in India are exempted.
