Address of policy holder is very important for LIC to know. Address is a very important requirement of contact and correspondence from the view of LIC to provide any service. In the absence of address LIC will fail to provide the dues and benefit. Whenever the policy holder shifts his/her residence, they should inform about the new address to LIC branch office. In case if LIC has to communicate any crucial information or has to correspond like premium notices, discharge vouchers for maturity and survival benefits etc. will get delayed in reaching the policy holder. Policy holder should immediately inform about any change in address, mobile number, and email id to the LIC branch office.
