Service Tax is liable for payment on any service provided other than assistance given directly to individuals for obtaining visa, falling under the type of any taxable service as is classifiable under the appropriate heading. In addition to rendering assistance directly to individuals for obtaining visa, the visa facilitators may also act as agents of recruitment or of the foreign employer in which the service tax is payable to the extent under the service of supply of manpower.
