IVRS stands for Interactive Voice Response Service which is a service offered by LIC that enables you to track your policy status through your mobile phone or landline from wherever you are. It’s a helpline service by LIC in which you can call through your mobile dialling 1251. IVRS helpline service provides non interrupted service to the customers where they can complete their call without any interruption as such and track all their policy status’. There is no need for any registration online in the presence of IVRS.
