Real estate prices in Delhi NCR has zoomed up in previous 5 years. The develpment in Noida, Gurgaon and Faridabad is making new destiations for migrants coming to Delhi NCR for jobs.
I feel prices of Gurgaon are way to high…and with kind of infrastructure getting developed in Noida, I will prefer Noida. One can get a flat with very low rate i.e. in the range of 4000-6000 per sq ft. Also their is enough of development happening across the belt.
