    I want to purchase a shop. Can I get a home loan for the purpose? Will I be eligible for SBI maxgain? Will I get any tax benefit on this purchase like it is available for home loan?

    SBI maxgain is not applicable for purchasing a shop. This loan will not fall under home loan. You can get a loan under the head of personal loan or commercial loan from a bank. Since it will not be a home loan, you will not get any tax benefit on it.
