Can I surrender Jeevan Anand and Jeevan Saral policies

I have two insurance policies ? Jeevan Anand and Jeevan Saral. For both these policies, I am paying premiums on semi-annual basis, i.e. 2 premiums in a year. Usually a person can surrender his policy after paying 3 premiums. Since I am paying it in half-yearly mode, will it be 3 premiums or 6? I have already paid 5 premiums. Is it ok to surrender it and get 30% of premiums paid?

You will be eligible to surrender your policy after paying 6 premiums. You have to decide it on your own whether you want to book a loss or not.
