Can I withdraw from OD account after complete loan disbursement

I have borrowed Rs. 38 lakhs of home loan from SBI maxgain home loan for an under construction property. The loan is not completely disbursed. I am paying pre-EMI. My flat will be ready in another 3 months and then I will start paying full EMIs. I know that if I deposit surplus amount in OD account, then I won’t be able to withdraw it before full disbursement. I want to know id it possible that I deposit the amount before full disbursement and withdraw it after complete disbursement.
