Drafting a CV in accounts with work from home experience

Due to a major surgery, I was unable to walk for a year. For that reason I was maintaining accounts for 4 companies from my home. How should I design my CV?

First of all, give up the thought that you are jobless. Secondly, be hopeful, you will soon get a good job. Coming back to your question, clearly mention in your CV that since last one year you are working as a freelance accountant. Mention the names of the companies for whom you have worked. When called for an interview, you can explain the reason for being a freelancer.
