Future prospects of working as recovery officer in a private sector bank

For last 4 years, I was working in a private sector bank as recovery officer. I want to change my job. Should I try only banking sector and is there a profile of recovery in other organizations?

Recovery is a feature that is not available banking sector but can also be found in various other organizations as well. Any organization which is engaged in lending (Non Banking Financial Institutions, private money lenders) or selling on credit or frequent follow ups for paying their dues (telecom companies, insurance companies, etc) requires the services of recovery personnel.
