How to know the surrender value of Jeevan Saral Policy

On my insurance agent’s advice, I trapped myself in Jeevan Saral Policy for 30 years in year 2010. I am paying an annual premium of around Rs. 70,000 towards this policy. I have lost contact with that insurance agent. Since last two years I am based out of India and have no plans of returning in near future. I want to surrender this policy. How I can get to know the surrender value?
