    A group of all state finance ministers known as the Joint Working Group on GST legislation has been assigned the task of preparing the draft legislation for CGST. Many steps and initiatives have been taken for drafting the legislation for GST and rules and procedures. Along with this process, the JWG will also address to the issues of dispute resolution and advance ruling.
