Is it true that OBC lends loan for 30 years

I was going through a few months old advertisement of Oriental Bank of Commerce whereby they have offered home loan up to 30 years (i.e. 360 months). I am actually looking for a property that I will purchase by borrowing home loan from bank. So the advertisement stole my eyes on to it. Is it really possible to get home loan for 30 years and are there other banks who offer loan for the same tenure?

Yes, the information is true. Not only OBC but many other public sector banks lend home loan for a maximum period of 30 years.
