    In 2010, I took a home loan from LIC HFL at ROI 11.5% fixed for 6 years. I confirmed from SBI, they are charging less rate of interest. I wish to transfer my loan from LIC HFL to SBI. Please guide me as to how to proceed further and am I right in my decision.

    Check with LIC HFL if they are ready to convert your loan to a low rate of interest. If yes, then you can continue with the loan. If no, then I will recommend you to quickly transfer your loan to SBI.
