What is the procedure to surrender LIC Jeevan Tarang policy

It has been 4 years since I have taken LIC Jeevan Tarang policy. Policy is for 20 years, SA is Rs. 6 lakhs. Please tell me the procedure of surrendering the policy and the amount that I will get on surrendering it.

Visit LIC office and tell them to help you in surrendering this policy. They will tell you the surrender value. You will have to fill policy surrender form, attach original policy bond and a cancelled cheque of the bank account in which you wish to get the amount credited. Within a week’s time, you will receive the amount.
