Which policy should I choose for critical illness cover

I am 30 years old and I am looking for critical illness cover. I have narrowed down my choices to Aviva health secure, Bajaj and HDFC ergo critical illness policy. I am unable to understand some of the aspects of these policies. Each of these chosen policies has certain exclusions. These exclusions are confusing me further. Please help me in choosing the right policy for me.
