Why the drawing power in SBI maxgain loan as reduced

I have recently borrowed home loan from SBI under max gain. Loan amount is Rs. 20 lakhs out of which Rs. 16 lakhs have been disbursed to me. I checked my online loan account statement. It shows that my drawing power is Rs. 19, 76,000. I don’t understand why this drawing power has reduced. Please tell me is it correct or not?

Out of Rs. 16 lakhs disbursed, you have already repaid Rs. 24,000. Rs. 15,76,000 plus Rs. 4 lakhs that has not been disbursed till yet equals to Rs. 19, 76,000 which is your drawing power.
