Can you suggest long term investment alternatives other than PPF

I am looking for long term investment alternatives (say for 10 years) which can give me a high return (more than 10%). One I know is PPF. Can you please tell me some other alternatives?

FDs, EPF, Bonds, MFs, equity shares are some of the investments for long term. However, if you are ready to take risk and specifically looking for more than 10% return, then I will suggest you to go for equity or MFs investing in equities.
