    For my flat, I have applied for a home loan with Kotak Mahindra Bank. The loan amount is Rs. 19, 75,000 and tenure of loan is 20 years. I received the loan amortization schedule. If I compare then EMI I have to pay now is different from the loan amortization schedule given to me. Now, I have to pay more. Why there is difference in the two amounts?

    You can get the correct answer by checking it with your loan serving branch.
